THE REWARDS

When running my 8 mile Tempo Run (for those of you that are not runners that would be a run at a pace faster than you want to be running) @ 5:30 in the morning after having done a Track Workout (for those of you that are not runners that would be running at a pace that is sustainable for only a short period of time) just 24 hours prior, and having run 20 miles 3 days prior (for those of you that are not runners that would be a run that no one in their right mind does)  the only thing that kept me going was knowing that this was for lunch:

Lunch at Absolute Title today. Yep! Cheryl's back : )

and this was for dessert:

....with cream cheese frosting!

…..and if you’re not a runner….now you know why runners training for marathons often GAIN weight!
