Happy Friday!

Today is a rest day.  Yay!  Normally, Kristi G and I would be losing lbs of water weight at our 5:45 p.m. spin class but this week we’re mixing things up.  A2 is swimming in the State Swim meet today so momma hasn’t got any time to do her own workout.  Everything is focused on him.

His cousins from Chicago made the trip to cheer him on!



Going to have to do some big time carb loading tonight as we tackle 15 miles tomorrow morning.  Legs can’t join us because she’s doing a Tri at our local Y on Sunday.  Go Legs go! So, it’s just me a KG.  Funny thing is, I don’t think we’ve ever done anything over 7.5 miles just the two of us.  I wonder if we’ll have enough to talk about.  Ha!  These are the jokes, people.

      Hey, everything is relative! If you were 5’1″ you would kill, no I’m not kidding, you literally would kill to be called “Legs.”
